    Hi, Amy –

    Nice to meet you. I think BOTH of your blog incarnations rock!

    Anyhow, I am writing you because I am finishing up a book about life in an American Call Center, called, HANDLE TiME. I was wondering if you would be interested in discussing it and reviewing it here on your website. I have it scheduled to be out around 04/15 — approx. 5 weeks from now.

    I decided to write the book because there are many people in the country who have no idea about the world a CC rep inhabits. Also — because last year, an Indian guy wrote a book that had the poorest writing you’ve ever seen — and many, nasty insults against American cuatomers and CC reps. I thought it was time that someone told the US side of the story…
