OK, so today is just another day in call center hell.  It wouldn’t be so bad but today is the day that I tendered my resignation for this place.  I am apprehensive in switching jobs due to you just never know what you are getting into when you jump.  Am I leaving a situation that is better than where I am going, or and I going to a better situation??  Questions, questions.  But, my dear readers, I think that the most important question becomes (well in my case anyway) what is best for my family situation.  My son is suffering, so I felt that switching jobs for a better schedule was in his best interest.  So no matter how much apprehension that I face, I will take this leap if it means that I can provide a more stable environment for my child.  Wish me luck!
